I tried the mushroom pills for energy and increased focus. I was hoping for a gradual show of benefit as most supplements work. This one showed immediate results. I was so happy it actually worked. I experimented to make sure, took them first thing in the morning and later, with my regular meds, before and after. I wanted to make sure it actually is working. Well with all this I can say it actually does work. Give it a try. Supplements work differently for different people. Worked great for my daughter and was miserable for my Mom. Definitely worth the try!

My husband bought this for me after I was diagnosed with Lyme disease & Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever after he read that certain mushrooms can help with my conditions while researching how to help me.I have been taking this for almost 3 months now & I have noticed a huge difference in how I feel. The RMSF & Lyme went undiagnosed for 6 months before a doctor finally tested me for them, due to that fact the RMSF left me with organ damage to my guts, colitis, and the Lyme has me in constant pain all over my body.This product is by no means a cure, but it helps me tremendously to live a some what normal life again. My gut pain has decreased massively since starting this supplement (as long as I avoid red meat) & I am not in as much pain. I have more energy & just feel better overall and I don’t seem to have as much brain fog either. I still have a lot of bad days, but I have far more good days since starting this supplement.If you are suffering from Lyme &/or RMSF I highly recommend giving this product a try.

After taking this for about a month to improve my renal failure condition, my diabetic doctor told me to stop taking it because it was not FDA approved and she didn't know what was in it. However, I want you to know that my creatinine level went down from a 2.82 to a 2.59. So I am not in agreement with my doctor. I have changed my diet to eating fresh fruits and vegatables, a little fish and chicken and have basically eliminated all meat except for an occasional piece of bacon or taylor ham with breakfast. So, I don't know emphatically if it was the change in diet or these capsules that made my creatinine levels improve. Personally, I think it was a combination of both. I plan to have more bloodwork done next month to see if the creatiinine level goes back up. I will give you a report next month.

I've been hearing about mushrooms and how good they are for your health for years. I don't like mushrooms, so I decided to try this supplement. It claimed to boost the immune system and clear up brain fog. I was positive it would help my immune system, but brain fog? I didn't hold out any hope for that, but you know what? It actually helped! It took about 3 weeks for me to notice a difference, which is normal for any herbal supplement.It didn't give me the brain of my early 20's. But at almost 64 years of age, with all the typical symptoms of menopause, and with the high level of stress I live with having a special needs adult daughter, anytime I can remember something without too much effort, I am delighted!I'm very happy to have found this supplement. It works for me.
