The Amazon Fresh Extra Virgin Olive Oil exceeded my expectations in both taste and quality. It has a smooth, rich flavor with just the right amount of boldness—perfect for cooking, drizzling over salads, or dipping fresh bread. It tastes fresh and authentic, not overly processed or bland like some store brands I’ve tried. You can tell it’s a good quality oil the moment you open the bottle. The packaging was secure, the bottle was sealed properly, and it arrived quickly. I’ve already used it in several dishes and it’s now a pantry staple. Great Quality Olive Oil at an Even Better Price
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I wasn’t expecting to fall in love with an olive oil, but here we are. I picked up the Amazon Fresh Mediterranean Blend EVOO a little skeptically—I usually buy smaller artisanal brands, but the price and size (a generous 2 liters!) were too good to pass up. I’m so glad I gave it a try.Right off the bat, the aroma is fresh and fruity, with a hint of pepperiness that I always look for in a good extra virgin olive oil. The flavor is balanced and smooth—not overly bitter or grassy. I’ve used it for everything from salad dressings to sautés to roasting veggies, and it performs beautifully across the board. It even makes a surprisingly nice dip for bread when paired with balsamic and herbs.Another huge plus: the bottle is sturdy and pours easily without dripping. It also seals well, which helps keep the oil fresh longer (always a concern with large bottles). The blend of olives from the Mediterranean really does feel authentic—this isn’t just a bland cooking oil, it actually enhances the flavor of your food. For the price, this is honestly a steal. I’ve paid double for olive oil that didn’t taste half as fresh. If you're someone who uses EVOO daily, this is a smart buy. I’ll definitely be repurchasing! In fact, I’ve added this to my Amazon subscription!

Smooth and Versatile, with Minor Packaging Concerns
This olive oil has a smooth, mild flavor with just a hint of pepperiness — perfect for sautéing, roasting, or even drizzling over salads. It's versatile and works well in both cooking and finishing dishes. The cold-pressed quality really comes through, especially compared to cheaper oils. The plastic bottle is lightweight and easy to handle, but I would’ve preferred a glass bottle for better preservation and a more premium feel. Also, the pour spout can drip a little, so you’ll want to be careful when pouring.Overall, it's a solid everyday olive oil with good flavor and reliable quality. For the price, it offers great value for money — definitely a pantry staple in my kitchen!

Great taste, reasonable price!
Yes, it contains olive oil from 5 different countries, but it's $20 for 2L. You can easily pay much more for better quality olive oil at the store, but I'm using this for everyday cooking and it's great. Just pour into a glass olive oil sprayer/pourer and save your money.

Great flavor! Fabulous price!
I bought this for a friend who (believe it or not) is new to the olive oil bandwagon! I can't relate to that myself but thought I would treat her to a few things from Amazon and this was one of her treats. She loved it. I was so happy that I decided it was time to get EVOO into her life. It is at a great price point, she can afford to keep herself in either the Italian (the one I purchased) or the Mediterranean blend, who knows, maybe both!

This is the best of the Amazon brands
I tried the Mediterranean blend, and I think that they put in the mix (a lot of) questionable origins oil, the taste was like rust, very metallic. After all it was a "blend" they didn't have to specify from where. I am Italian born, exactly from Liguria, and there they have one of the best evoo in Italy, so tasty and so light. So I tried the Amazon Italian evoo, but I wasn't expecting much. To my surprise it tasted *genuine* a real honest to goodness evoo. It is bitter as soon as you taste it, but my mother who is a super fine evoo connoisseur, assured me that all genuine evoos, when they are especially fresh, taste bitter and this is a sign that they are the real thing. I stay away from the Pompeian brand because that's a blend too e some of the Countries of origin are very questionable, what are the laws in that Country that would enforce a real purity of the actual product. And who tells me that in order to keep the price low, they are using mostly the questionable oils, with just a drop or two of good oils so they can legally say it is a *blend*. No blends for me, I buy only the unique origin, in this case from Italy. I used the Colavita before but now, at $49 a bottle it's out of question. But I had a way to ascertain that this Amazon Italian evoo tastes just the same.
