Prebiotic capsules
I bought these after reading an article that they could help with IBS and similar problems and also, believe it or not sleep problems. The theory being that if you have problems with your gut it messes up your sleep too. I have been taking the capsules for over a week now and I have to say that the stomach pains I used to get after eating (I've been thoroughly checked out so I know I have nothing sinister wrong with me) have disappeared and I am now sleeping for 6 hours or more at night, rather than waking up every hour. These may not work for everyone but they've certainly worked for me.

I think that these little gems have made a big difference to me along with another product that I take. I follow slimming world and was suffering with bloating and issues with my bowels, this has all but cleared up after taking them for a few weeks.
