I bought an expandable/flexible garden hose last year and wanted another one for my front porch, but the brand was no longer available on Amazon. Thought I would try this one because the price was decent compared to another brand that was almost twice the price. First thing that I noticed is that you have to use the nozzle that comes with the hose because the nozzle regulates the water flow, which keeps the hose expanded. If you use another nozzle (or none at all), the hose immediately retracts to about 5'. I use a different nozzle on my other other hose, but it doesn't retract to the degree that the NGreen Expandable does. After figuring out that I need to use their nozzle, everything is fine; however, the water pressure is a little low. Not a problem for the amount of watering that I do on the front porch, but I probably would not be happy with the low water pressure if I was watering a lot of plants.UPDATE 7/23/2019: Changing from a 4 star to a 5 star. My issue with the water pressure was due to "operator error." On the nozzle that comes with the hose is a knob that you turn to adjust the water pressure. After playing around with that, I don't have any problems with water pressure. Great little hose!

Yesterday I received a Pocket Hose (the brand we see advertised everywhere that comes in fancy packaging). Immediately upon connection to my outside faucet, the thing started leaking profusely everywhere! I checked all the connections and gaskets, made no difference. Returned it and ordered this NGreen hose.When I saw that it was shipped from Amazon in one of those beige bags instead of a box, i expected the worst.To my surprise, the hose not only looks like it's well made with nicely machined brass fittings, when i connected it to my faucet NOTHING LEAKED! Not even one drop! In fact, this NGreen is even better than Pocket Hose because it has a shut-off valve near the sprayer and the sprayer itself is well made and nicely labeled.BOTTOM LINE: If you want fancy packaging, buy a Pocket Hose and HOPE it doesn't leak. If you want a better product that includes a very versatile sprayer, buy this NGreen hose.

Who knew that I could be really excited about a garden hose purchase? I have a small urban patio that is abundant with pots growing my summer produce. For years I have had a bulky garden hose that I had to unwind and wind up every time I used it and had a tendency to kink. This 25' hose is perfect. Once the water is on, it expands to just the amount of length I need to water all my plants, then when I am finished, it is short enough that I don't have to wind it. There is zero kinking. I just hook the nozzle on my old holder.The sprayer is great because you can adjust the pressure coming out of the hose, which is especially clutch in the spring when the plants are just starting to sprout.Pro tip: turn off the hose a little before you are finished watering. That gets the excess water out and leaves you with easy storage.

I love this water hose .... if it is possible to love a water hose. It stretches from about six feet to over 25 feet and saves me the aggrevation having to coil up a stiff, heavy hose plus the space the hose takes up. I can leave the hose on my front deck and not have to remove and reconnect almost every day. I have only had this hose a couple of months but it is doing everything the company claimed it would do. I do know you can't drag it over splinter boards because it will catch on any splinters. I drag it all over my deck (no splinters) and have had no trouble at all. Like I said, I love it, I think I'll bay another one for the back deck..

I like these hoses very much, except they easily get a hole in them. Never use around cactus. These hose puncture when they get near anything polnted and sharp(like cacti).With all these problems, I still like them and buy them. I’m on my fourth hose and I am very carefull around sharp pointed objects.

This product is as described. The only rating I am not able to offer is "Durability" since this is a new purchase. This is my first garden hose of this type which surprised me regarding the amount of water that is expelled when while contracting. Users should be aware of this characteristic and be prepared to use this amount of water (about 1/2 gallon for a 25' hose) after turning off the source (at the bib or spigot valve) and releasing the water at the nozzle end.

Best hose ever! Recommend use in a small patio or garden area only. It’s great! I keep it in a small pot. This is the 2nd time buying it. Had to replace it because it split while using it! Nice summer shower, but would prefer not! Was maybe 2 years old. The convenience was worthy of buying again.

Bought this to replace a 25' rubber hose that was constantly trying to recoil itself. I've had it for two months and it was still driving me crazy because it hadn't relaxed at all. And it wouldn't recoil nicely, but very haphazardly, creating a trip hazard as I tried to move it around my deck. It wouldn't even recoil nicely when I wasn't using it. This hose doesn't do that, it just lays there limply until full of water, then is easy to move from here to there. When not inflated, it takes up virtually no space, as opposed to the rubber hose that was always a mess. One star off because there's a drip at the tap but it's not a huge drip so I'm keeping it. It's so much better than the rubber one. I'll take a drip over a trip hazard any day.

Received Hose Mar 17th, 2021. July 8th 2021 it has developed a leak about 7 inches down from the water connection. I reviewed my order as it stated in product description: "Our Service Gives You 100% satisfaction: 365-day, worry-free warranty. "Well it appears that my return for warranty ran out on June 15th, Could not find a link to contact seller.Aug 12, 2021 UPDATE: Now hose is garbage developed a large leak midway in Hose. Still no response to a waranty claim. This hose is trash DO NOT BUY

By design these aren't meant to last forever, but the convenience and maneuverability of them typically vitos that. I'm happy if I get 3 years put of them. This one lasted one season...somehow sprang a leak from a pin hole in the metal. Then eventually the inside rubber hose disconnected entirely. Also I would get a.longer one next time.

Loved this hose. Easy to use and takes up little room. Used it one summer and properly drained and stored in the basement for the winter. Attached again in the following spring and it started to leak. By the 4th time using it, it went from a leak, to water streaming outside the hose and none coming out the end. Now shopping for a better built hose. Disappointing.

I really like the just how lightweight , durable and easy to use it is. It delivers value for money spent every time I use it. It is made of high quality materials that will last a long time. I also love it, that when I am done, I just have to turn off the water supply at the tap and then squeez the nozzle handle and watch the hose shrink down to a small size.
