Keep in mind that when buying this product that it is alder and not the traditional Birch Burl. This cup is small but works well for hiking and camping. Since this is made of alder, you will need to keep up on the care of this cup by using a food safe oil occasionally to prevent cracking (especially around the rim). Instead of using olive oil, use a mineral oil, It wont go rancid like olive oil does and it is food safe.When purchasing this product, be aware that they will ship it to you via REGISTERED MAIL, which means you have to sign for it to get it. Mine was taken back to the post office because I was not home to sign for it (And they will not re-deliver unless you go online to fill out a re-deliver form). Be sure and track this online since they ship it from Estonia. The time it took to ship it was way less time than specified, so that was a big plus. If you order this item, have it shipped to someone you know is going to be home to accept it.

I love this little cup. Pretty decent quality for the price. I would definitely recommend it for someone in search of an affordable Kuska.
