I have recieved this product today 23/05/2019 .And the packaging was goodDelivery boy delivered it safely.Sound quality of this punam flute is just amazing little bit loud.And its very easy to hold coz its very light weight .Subhash thakur is one of the greatest flute maker in India.So i trust his product .My first experience of this flute is good.But the cost of this flute is little bit high. Everyone cannot buy this flute due to their financial condition.But overall its good. Thank youThis was my short review on this Punam Flute.

Good sound

Very soothing sound. If you're left handed then you can absolutely buy this one
