These capsules are so much easier to swallow! The ones I was taking previously were tablets and many of them were broken which made it harder to swallow still.

As you can see there were some broken tablets. They are wasted because of the sharp edges. There is only 350 mg of calcium citrate in each pill, but they are larger than 600 mg pills. Because of that, they are SIGNIFICANT CHOKING HAZARD!!

It’s easy to take. Wanted calcium citrate bc it’s better absorbed. Idk how much it helps, but I have osteopenia and was told to take a supplement by my gynecologist.
