Love TRU Hydrate! Received my order just 3 days after ordering. The flavor is amazing! My kids ages 4 and 2 enjoy it like it’s juice, lol! TRU hydrate helps me stay hydrated during my workouts and helps prevent cramping. I add 2 scoops into my Tru Supplements shaker and sip on that while I train. I have been able to drink my gallon of water faster thanks to this awesome zero calorie and sugar free drink. If you are active or have active children, or simply need help drinking plain ‘ol water, this product is a must have.

I bought this brand because it has a good amount of sodium per serving. IMHO most electrolyte mixes don't have enough sodium per serving. Taste was ok, better than some, like Nuun brand, but not as good as the Ultima electrolytes. Not sure if I'll buy again.

I love the flavor of many of Tru supp products this one made it to my favorites. I consumed this so quick and I drank so much water when using this. Fruity and flavor with sweetness that can be adjusted with water.

Just information but you will have to buy ionic potassium citrate to go with this. It's difficult to lose weight without about 4,000 mg of potassium which is critical if you want to feel good while you are doing keto or any other eating plan for that matter!I personally look for potassium citrate on the labels and magnesium gluconate just so I don't get disaster pants!!! Hahaha 🤣In the afternoon . It says it says free of sweeteners.... Guess what? It has stevia which I didn't mind it was gifted to me by a friend who also thought it was fine. I got leg cramps so it was either because I was not consuming enough or the potassium was missing from this electrolyte mix. Otherwise the ingredients looked really clean

Good taste. Good quality…But, there’s not 50 servings in here. Go ahead and measure it yourself.It’s more like 35, unless I just happened to get cheated in my order.

I'm no stranger to Tru products, but this was my first time giving Hydrate a go and I'm SO glad I did! I struggle to get enough electrolytes and I noticed an almost immediate difference with Hydrate. I feel much better during and after workouts, and I've finally found an electrolyte supplement that tastes good AND isn't packed with sugar. I highly recommend Hydrate to anyone!

Yayyy! This came in the mail pretty quickly! I ordered it on 4/17 and it arrived 4/19! When I got it I thought “what a smol guy with a little spoon” but it PACKS A PUNCHHH!!! A little bit goes a long way - the flavor is on point with the tropical flavor and kind of makes you think of having refreshing drink by the beach. I added it today to my water tumblr and it has helped me to drink more water throughout the day

I don’t love the flavor, but I can get past it.
