The C100 comes from the factory with a AT3600L Cartridge built-in.

It comes with very nice dust cover on hinges

Q: i just got my turntable and put it together. but the arm just runs accross the record what am i doing wrong or what needs to be done to stop that it

The counterweight on the back end of the arm must be adjusted. You might need to get the instructions on line for your turntable. Basically, you adjust it full toward the stylus end, then turn it back a little at a time until it floats, then come back about a turn, to get minimal but positive engagement of the stylus. Depending on how much damage you have on the records and how clean the grooves are, you may have to apply a little more weight (turn toward stylus) to keep it tracking. Try to use an anit-stat cloth on the records to clean them, and a soft brush like an artist's brush to clean the stylus. Hope this helps.
