Riojoy are my go-to leggings for the gym, think I’ve got 6/7 pairs now in various styles. They’re normally squat proof however these leggings in the shade “#2 black” aren’t remotely squat proof! They’ll be fine for upper body days and look nice on but they’re definitely different to the usual ones I buy. The fabric on these feels likely to bobble with any friction. I will keep these as they’re fine when stood up but won’t order another in this style.

Ok for the price but on the thin side ok for gym but not for winter running. Fits well good leg length I'm a 34 inside leg. If your looking for something to give you about of shape then these are not for you

I bought size small im a size 10 theses leggings are very stretchy i think size S would fit 10-12 in uk as the front fit was a little baggy round the crouch I would of prefer size XS as im an apple shape rather than a pair shape ( apple shape with a booty ) the booty part fits perfectly and the material is very good 👍

I got this for workouts and yoga. The fit is good and it's not restrictive nor too loose when training. The only thing I would say is that I'd want it slightly more stretchy but it still does a good job and feel comfortable when I exercise.

Nice material and are super comfy, what I dont like is the waist band....y isn't it the same as the leggings? It reminds me of pyjama pants....its just a thick ridged elastic band waist....and to me makes it look super cheap and tacky. Only that band controls he tummy, below it dont, so if your belly is soft like mine after 3 kids, look forward to the upper belt pushing that belly own into an above fanny bulge....😅 if it wasnt for that od band, I'd of given this 5 stars. My bum is big so the "control" bits in the fabric dont hit the right spot to shape me. I'm a 10 with a size 14 arse, so was never guna happen. I love the material tho, imtheu r so so comfy and I've been wearing g them just in the house as lounge wear. Oh that ugly waist band! 🤪 I also got the matching top and it is by all means perfect!

Love these leggings! I wear the grey ones for every day life (casual wear) and the black ones for work as they are so smart and flattering. I feel great in them and they are so comfy, doesn’t feel like I’m wearing work clothes! They last for ever, I was bought a grey pair at Christmas as a present and they are still in perfect condition despite washing them almost every day. They fit perfect and stretch without becoming thread bare (transparent). I am only 4ft11 and size 14 and I got a medium. They fit perfectly but were slightly long. Which is expected for my size but would still 100% recommend as even when rolled up at the ankles they look amazing. Also they don’t loose colour or shrink when put in the wash, even if you put them in the tumble dryer. They are also quite high waisted and don’t roll down. Could not recommend enough, bought a similar pair from another seller but after 6 weeks the quality depleted. However I have had pair for these for over 3 months and they are just a perfect as the day I bought them.

This leggins are great, really shape the waist, hips and bum, flatten the tummy and smooth out unnecessary bumps. Don't be afraid to go for smaller size if you want tight fit and compression. I am UK size 16 and I comfortably wear size M. I wear these leggings at the gym, they are suitable for all sorts of exercise. They are not actually seamless, but it doesn't affect the performance.
