Nice for my large cat.
The bowls seem to be of good quality and are kind of cute. Easy to clean glazed ceramic. I like the curved bowl shape for both dry and wet food. It keeps the food in the bowls and mostly off the floor. The 4” height seems perfect for my large cat and I think it makes eating more comfortable for him. I originally tried the larger bowl for water but you can only fill it up so high before your cat or small dog would slosh it around and spill it on the floor. I now use the larger bowl for dry food and the smaller for his wet food. I purchased a matching ceramic double bowl set up on a stand for his water here on Amazon. I’m really pleased with my purchase and recommend this product for its quality, looks and value.

Clever, cute, easy to keep clean, and I just love these!
tl;dr - elevated food and water with the pedestal design, coupled with the weight of the ceramics, makes a great food and water dish. I love them! If you are interested in more of a review read on below. They were not purchased for the use of felines, though Duchess regularly uses the water dish, even though it is just inside a kennel that belongs to an animal that is definitely NOT a cat.I LOVE these! Not just the cute factor, but the practicality. That being said, I didn’t buy these for any of the cats, though The Duchess regularly uses the water bowl, anyhow.I have a house chicken. This situation is more of a mercy thing. She is one of my very first chickens, and has developed issues with mobility. One leg either has nerve issues. a joint injury that didn’t heal right, arthritis, or some combination of those, and standing up she can kind of stagger, and often her first few steps are backwards instead of forwards, so she can step erratically, and often throws out her wings to keep herself from falling. And guess what? From more than ten years experience, I can tell you that chickens regularly step on bowls, pans, etc., often dumping them over, scattering food, spilling water, etc. Many chickens that have been temporarily nursed have regularly made huge messes for me.Then I saw these darling little bowls. They were ceramic, and unless they were fine China, I knew they had some weight and innate stability when it comes to a chicken bumping inton then. They were cute bowls, pink, obviously for kitties, and a great capacity for one to two large breed chickens. I crossed my fingers, hoped that they would be what I thought the sales information said, and ordered them. They arrived, and they were PERFECT. What I love most about them is the elevated serving area keeps a pet from inadvertently stepping on the edge and spilling the whole mess (in my world serving the menagerie , the cats refuse to eat anything they spill, that is for dogs to deal with if their personal slave is too slow or lazy to do it themselves ). Cats occasionally do this, dogs as well, and with chickens it is just a given. And a pair of them! So carefully thought out to make the water bowl much larger than the food bowl, since cats drink a larger volume than they eat! These things have made dealing with my geriatric, opinionated hen and feeding her better than any experience I have had feeding chickens, inside or out!If you can’t tell by the length of this, I LOVE these bowls, and can’t say enough good things about them!

I love these
These are super cute and made of great quality and they’re perfect height so the cat doesn’t have to bend over to eat

Really cool kitty bowls!
I bought this set because one of our 5 cats is elderly and she was having issues eating out of the bowl she's always used. I figured this would be easier to eat of because it's wider but also because she doesn't have to lower her head as far. On those two points the bowl has been great and the cats love them. I may get some additional bowls for the other cats at some point.I absolutely love the looks of the bowls and they are very stable. For the most part they are a great product. That was the good and this is the bad. One of the bowls came with a chip out of the edge of the base. This was obviously done before packaging so they either knew about it and sold it anyway or never bother to inspect them before packaging. The other issue is that there's a place on one of mine where the glaze dripped when they fired it and left a sharp little spike on the base. Sharp enough that it cut my finger bad enough when I pulled it out of the box that I had to go stop the bleeding and bandage it. Not a great start and unacceptable for a company to let that be shipped. The last issue was the silicone rubber rings that go on the bottom of the bowls to make them non-slip. They are a TERRIBLE design and a HUGE pain in the butt to get them to stay on. Once on, they work great but you'll find yourself being extremely careful not to dislodge one when handling the bowl just because what a PIA it is to get it to go back on and stay. This would have been a 5 star rating but that sharp point on the edge that cut me that bad cost them a star. There is no excuse for that getting out of the factory as it was. I do reccommend these bowls but be careful and inspect the bases before putting your fingers there. If this company improved their quality control (I see others got bowls with chips) and redesigned the silicone rings, these bowls would be perfect.

Very good bowls
My cats love these bowls and it's healthier for them as far as height.. I have a couple of senior cats and this height is good on their throat when drinking water and eating, I'm noticing that they have stopped vomiting as well. Very sturdy bowls, easy to clean.. only part I don't like is the rubber seal around bottom of bowls comes off too easy and it's tedious to get back on

Great bowls!
I got these bowls originally for my 18 year old cat who had arthritis in his neck and spine. I immediately saw an improvement in how he ate (no throwing up either as other customers commented), and he seemed to have a much easier time without having to crane his neck downward. The bowls wash up easily, they are sturdy (bottom heavy so no tipping), and they do help your critter digest their food. I bought another set recently since I accidentally broke one... heh oops... but the bowls arrived quickly, well packaged and are the same great quality. The seller even placed a little thank you note in the box, and contact info for replacement if the bowls got damaged during shipping. I definitely recommend these bowls for cats (and other critters) of any age, even if they don't have any medical issues.

Getting lots of use
My cat took to these bowls immediately. Love the height of them and I’ve noticed she hasn’t thrown up as much since using them. I highly recommend! Love the colour as well!

Excellent for my senior cat!!
My cat and I love these bowls. She is 16 years old, and enjoys not having to crouch down to eat. One little disappointment, the plastic ring falls off each time I wash the food bowl.

Raised off the floor.
Cat seems to prefer them than previous dishes on floor.
