Definitely a skinny, but very comfortable jeans
I've historically been the type to buy a box store pair of jeans that get washed once a week and worn for about a year, then repeat the process year after year.Recently I've been exploring more fitted jeans as I've been in a professional office environment as much as I'm in the field. I first purchased the Kimes Ranch (KR) Roger and I really, really do like the fit of those. I was curious to see how the Wayne compared and the quality is the same but the fit is much different in its own nice way. It's definitely a skinny jean for the upper 2/3 but there's enough of a bootcut that they work with my 8" laced boots. I think one would struggle with printing of actual slip-on [cowboy] boots, though, or even struggle to get the pant legs over. Can only confirm they stack nicely over regularly laced construction boots. The combination of the bootcut with a mens’ skinny jean is interesting – maybe it’s just me but it gives a neutralizing visual, even out the skinny with the bootcut. The fit in the thigh is definitely tight but in a comfortable way where it tapers [fitted] to the knee and then opens back up for the bootcut opening. The denim is thick but in a good, quality way. There is no knife pocket on the Wayne model like there is on the Roger's but that's more of a luxury that I do use on the other pair(s) but it doesn't bother me that the Wayne's don't come with it.The Wayne definitely hugs the backside and I've received plenty of compliments which is nice. I'm personally a little surprised at how well it accentuates while still being a mens' jean and accommodating as it needs to in the crotch.Would recommend the Kimes Ranch Wayne but advise that if you're not into the skinny jean (and, believe me, I never was) then it may take some getting used to. But, I do like them enough that I bought a second pair the following week because I liked the first pair so much.I’m 6 ft. and 195 lbs. and I normally wear a 32 or 33/30 in any other jeans. KR sizes run a lot different so in the Wayne I have a 31/32 (closest offering to normal that I’ve found) and the fit is fine. I didn’t even know what ‘stacking’ was before looking into KR but they do stack at a 32” length and it’s comfortable, not overly long or anything. I do have the Rogers in both a 32/30 (which fits normal, very minor ‘stacking’) and a 31/32. The 31 waist between both Roger and Wayne actually fits absolutely comfortable, surprising for me who can normally get up to a 33 waist.

Dissatisfied
Did not fit as expected, overall quality for $100 jeans... I’ll stick with wranglers $40-60, better quality better fit.

but with a few hours of wear they could not have fit better than if they were custom made due to the ...
The Wayne jean looks to be very well made. The jean material is heavier than others which is a plus for me. These are a little pricey but I needed a dressier jean for work. I ordered one size lower than my measured size. A little snug when i first put them on, but with a few hours of wear they could not have fit better than if they were custom made due to the 1% elastine. I look forward to doing more business with Kimes Ranch. Please keep up the good work.

The size chart was hard to compare to my body type.
I don’t like skinny jeans. I didn’t know that is what I ordered.

Don’t trust Kimes
While these jeans fit well in the waist like ALL kinds jeans they are 3 1/3-4” longer than the stated length. I’ve written several reviews on their website about this and they all seem to disappear magically. There’s equal quality at a lower price out there and without the headache. The pics show a pair of 32” length (wife washed them before I tried them on so no return) next to a 30” length and the 30’s are a 1/4” longer😳 Decent yet overrated company that can’t get it right.

These fit like skinny jeans. Try on before buying
Bought and had them shipped to Norway. They do NOT fit as expected. I wear a 31/32 and ordered the same size and couldn't even sit down. Not worth the price.
