I've been taking supplements for 12 days. No after taste or smell. My nails had stopped growing and were splitting. I now have my very own natural french mani.!! I take them first thing in the morning with 8oz of water, and honestly, can skip breakfast. The product takes a while to kick in but after about 2 weeks I noticed my hair was shinier and my nails growing faster. It does not have a fishy taste/smell either. They are in all white gelatin capsules. If you don't like that you can always open it and put the powder in water and drink it normally. You have to take 4 a day maybe 2 in the morning on am empty stomach and 2 in the afternoon/evening. Some days I only took 2 for the day and I still got results. It is also gluten-free and NON-GMO which is great. For the price I do recommend!

I have been taking this product for about a month and found it to be very good. I did get a fishy burp after the first time I took it, but that was the only time. Otherwise there is no flavor and the capsules were easy to swallow. I had been having problems with my nails peeling badly after gel removal, and once they start peeling, it takes months for them to recover. My nails are back to normal and have very quick growth thanks to this product. I have less hair breakage as well, which is another benefit. I have had chronic pain in my back, knees and feet and was really hoping this would help to lessen the pain. It did not, hence the 4-star rating, but it doesn't mean it won't help others.

I have been taking this collagen supplement for almost 2 weeks at this point and have noticed some small changes so far in my skin; primarily, my skin feels smoother. In addition, I work out very regularly and was experiencing joint pain at times when doing strength training. Since I began this supplement, I have noticed that overall, I barely have any pain. I've been on the collagen bandwagon for a while and it's a part of my daily routine. I gave this product a try because I was looking to switch from mix-in powder form to pill form to make it easier to take on the go, in a rush, traveling, etc. This product did not disappoint! It's so easy to just throw the bottle in my purse and not worry about having to mix into a drink. My hair, skin, and nails have never looked shinier and healthier. No taste, no smell, easy to swallow. I would highly recommend these!

I prefer these over the ones made with bovine.The dose is 3 and they are a little big so it takes some time to get them down. It’s well worth it though as I have seen a great change in my hair and skin.Great value as well.
