Good Quality Cleaver
I have been using this cleaver for about six months. I cook a lot at home and this cleaver did a good job in helping me to prepare food. The four inches blade can cut through chicken bones and easy to slice meat and chop vegetable. The metal feels high quality, shinny, easy to sharpen, and holds an edge. The weight and balance is great; and the rubber grip handle feels secure and durable; however, it might be a little short for people with extra large hands but excellent for medium large to small hands.I have used many cleavers before, but I really like this one.
