I've tried many probiotics including the well-known number 1 company on Amazon. But these are my absolute favourite now. My body doesn't get too dependent on these ones. I can take 3 before sleep and everything works perfect. Can also skip a couple of days and still be ok. Fully recommend. They are pricey but I think the tablets are of excellent quality and I can tell they definitely do work.

This was recommended to me a couple of years ago, for my Crohns diarrhea problems. It seems to have helped a lot. The capsules are easy to swallow

Pour comparaison j'ai utilisé une autre m@rque contenant de la l-leuc*ne (qui si elle booste l'effet de la levure, booste aussi celle dont on veut se débarrasser grace à ce produit) Celle-ci n'en contient pas : au top donc. J'espère qu'il ne le changeront pas car sa composition est parfaite.PAR CONTRE : Je ne recommande ABSOLUMENT pas d'en prendre plus qu'1... Et encore moins 3 avant de dormir comme certains commentaires peuvent suggérer. Si vous êtes intolérant à l'histamine, les gaz excessifs en dormant endommagerons votre sommeil. 1 en même temps que les repas.
