I like to read these books from a male perspective. It helps with the 360 degrees of knowledge about relationships. Some of this is common knowledge/sense, although common to one is not common to another. Some of this is interesting to read about, particularly from a 50 something male perspective.To those who say this is common sense, I'll say this: Just like there are men out there that "don't get it" there are also women that fit into that category. Some readers will find great value in the book's information. Others, and I'm going out on a limb here, may think they get it, but don't really, or at least aren't acting on this knowledge. How many guys think they "get it" and don't. Women are not immune from this oversight. Ladies, have you ever had a girl friend who wasn't particularly conscientious with her actions? A conscientious man is worth his weight in gold. Same with women.

This book might be for inexperienced women, or younger women, with little experience with men. The information isn't bad, it just seems obvious to me. Some of the issue is people know better but let their emotions get the best of them anyway.

This is interesting content and is helpful in thinking through how women and men are different. I would suggest to the author, that he get an editor. There are a lot, of typos!
