What I like most is the strap because it doesn't plug the arm hair and it is very comfortable to wear.The watch comes with the charger and with the tool for adjusting the strap to different wrist sizes.The watch is very easy to synchronize with the phone using Bluetooth connectivity and it is very easy to use. I interacted with the interface without reading the instructions and I managed it very well. I liked, in particular, the message functions, so I can have a quick glance at the watch without using my phone. The fitness tracker is also very useful and it seems to be accurate enough to give me similar readings during a workout compared to a competitor brand I usually wear during my runs.I used it a lot the first day and it holds the charge very well. The charging process is also very easy and fast enough and it needs a USB port and therefore, it is very convenient.Overall, this is a great smartwatch and I would definitely recommend it as a gift without the need of spending a fortune on a smartwatch. The style is very elegant and the design is definitely captivating and modern.

This is my first smart watch, the size is right, the appearance is beautiful, I don't think it is bulky. Various dials are easy to select and use. The menu is easy to navigate. I noticed that distance / calorie tracking is different compared to another app (I use Endomondo). Since both rely on GPS, it is uncertain which is the most accurate. The heart rate monitor is almost ready to use. I have conducted a "manual" test next to the watch, and both measurements are the same. Message notification is very simple and can be set. They can be easily muted during bedtime, meetings, etc.

I guess it's a decent watch for the price. You know what they say? you get what you pay for! Isn't that the truth? I'm beyond the 30 day return period, or would return for credit or refund. Does not count steps accurately, hard to navigate through the text messaging. Half the time, it does NOT tell me who is calling. Yes, I obviously gave it time to make sure was using correctly (as it's been over a month now), and still.... nothing. I would not recommend. This was to replace a $30 smart watch that was damaged in a severe rain storm. The cheaper watch did more. This one does not control my music, does not give notifications for anything other than text messages. Have to keep tapping screen to read them, and it's difficult to figure out, because it runs all the texts together like one. The only thing good about this? I DO like the band (when it stays clipped shut) and the design of the watch itself. It DOES tell time, according to my phone.... otherwise? would not give to even my worst enemy. Never been so disappointed in a product from Amazon. No, this will not discourage from looking around and continuing to be a customer of Amazon, just wouldn't buy from this manufacturer again, after this fiasco.

Proof that this product is not ready for prime time comes in the form of a cute little screwdriver. That they need to pack that microscopic device with this product goes to show they haven’t finished producing it.The equally microscopic brochure that comes with it is utterly worthless, it gives no information in six different languages.Took me two days to just install the wristband using their screwdriver. It cuts into my wrist and It often snaps open on its own.Software is lame. I will return it. It certainly isn’t worth $80.

Really like the watch. Can you mfortable to wear and the battery life seems great.Only two complaint is the interface, while it looks great is a little clunky in the sense that you scroll through all the options only one-way, meaning if you pass the option you are looking for you have to go through all the screens. Doesn't impact the usefulness of the watch.Second issue is instructions on connecting the watch to the phone. While you pair the phone with the watch it doesn't actually connect and you can't connect it. This is by design. You then use the WearHealth app to actually connect the watch after it has been paired to the phone.Overall, happy with the look and working of the watch.

I usually clock 6000 steps at work and this watch clocked over 10000! There's no way to adjust the settings and the customer support link takes you to a site that no longer exists!The face selection is ok and there is an analog option. The battery life sucks as I need to charge it every other day. It's fine for what I need but if you want a good smartwatch spend a few more dollars and get something else.

this watch is terrible. i don’t know how the ratings are so high unless they’re paid reviews but this thing is junk! it barely dies what it’s supposed to, it doesn’t connect like it should, the band was already broken when it arrived. this thing just feels cheap and tacky. i’m embarrassed i gave it as a gift :(

Thank you. Someone did a fine job in making this watch. The battery life is great. Went days, like 5 to 7, without powering up and it was still at 2 bars when I did power it up. Haven't figured out the email thing yet, but every thing else is great. Thank you again, Wearhealth.
