Tender & True Ocean Whitefish & Potato Recipe Cat Food, 3 lb

I saw an ad for this food on facebook and e-mailed the company to ask about samples for my 10 year old cat who has a poultry allergy. I received a box of samples just a few days later (two cans of the salmon food, two small sample-sized bags of the whitefish dry food, and a lid for storing open cans in the refrigerator). I opened one of the small bags, thinking I would offer a few pieces to see if my kitty would eat it. Man, did she ever! She gobbled it up as fast as I could put it in front of her! She also loved the canned food! Needless to say, I have since ordered the whitefish dry food and a case of the salmon cans.However, a warning to those with cats who have poultry sensitivities: Amazon's stock of this product is NOT poultry-free. Amazon apparently still has bags of the old formula that was does include chicken in the ingredients. So if you are looking for poultry-free food, your best bet is to order directly from the company's website. At least until Amazon orders new stock of this item.I contacted the company about this and they sent me a bag of the new poultry-free formula at no charge (along with a very nice measuring scoop!). Their customer service is top notch! I will be ordering Tender & True for as long as my cat continues to love it.P.S. It is a little more expensive than the food I was previously feeding her, but for being a poultry-free food, especially one that she actually eats, it is a steal! Ever priced limited ingredient poultry-free cat foods before? They are not cheap. This one is a great deal, in my opinion. Oh, and I love that it comes in a resealable bag!

I fed the cats grocery store dry food and they had very loose stools. They were much better on it.

A while back this product wasn't being sold and I thought was discontinued until I saw it at Whole Foods Market again. Went back to buying it and my cats love it. Great ingredients. I feel confident feeding this to my cats. Glad to see it back!

My cat simply adores the food and in this flavor of whitefish more!

Cat's don't like & very smelly

Some of my cats have i allergies so I'm always looking for special food. When i read ingredients i decided to try it. To my surprise my babies did not like it. I thought they would get used to. It did not happen No one wants to eat it. Food is pretty expensive and cannot be return so i lost money. In end i have to donate it

My cat is usually very picky and resistant to diet changes, but he loves this food! Quality ingredients that I feel good feeding to my pets.
