I bought this to help me become regular. The tase of it is horrifying, I took it as described I almost vomited and begin to ask myself is it worth it. It took 5-6 hours just to get the taste out of my mouth. Outside of the taste, it works. I would say within the next 12-24hours my bowels we’re moving.
