Product is pretty good, Service can be better.
The product is pretty nice :) It’s been a week for us using it, till now it's been working flawlessly. Make sure you call their installation team only to Install it, other people charge alot for doing the same. Also, we wish they used different filters for each of the tubes.

Dangerous product
This product gives very acidic water with municipal water, it is not recommended to buy this product for municipal water. Prolonged use of acidic water may cause death due to metabolic acidosis, hence will recommend to buy some other standard brands and ensure before buying that their output water will not be acidic when used with a particular source.

Stopped Working after 2 Months.
Machine is standard for the price, works like it should, i got the one with the auto shut off, which is actually a water level activated controller that goes into the water tank, nothing to do with the machine itself. Also, i don't know how they commit to give the TDS adjuster, one can only reduce or increase the speed of water flow to reduce/increase tds. and you have to tighten a screw for this.Had an average experience with the customer care, was trying to get it installed in a smaller town, tech team took 6 hours to respond, so ended up getting it installed by local r.o. guy, who had no idea how the shut off device works or is installed.This is a standard machine with RO unit Parts encased in a stainless steel frame.It does what it is supposed to and i would appreciate if description was matching the product. I also dont know whats "automatic" about this machine.Rest are words to sell.**UPDATE** 26 Jan 2021The RO system slowly stopped, now the machine is dead. Customer Support will remind you of the old MTNL days, keep giving out new numbers of technicians. Suggest you buy machine from Local Vendor who can promise after sales support.

System is working fine so far. A small lickage glitch occurred once due to loose connection but it was easily manageable.
