Been buying these for over a year and I have noticed a big difference. My hair does grow a lot faster and feels healthier. My hair had stopped growing, was dry and brittle and falling out and this supplement has helped tremendously.

I've been taking these for a week or two now, and this is the prettiest my skin has ever been. I also started using a witch hazel toner at night, but I've used that before so I'm confident that's not the source of the glow. I've had mild acne my entire life, and this is the first time I've ever had clear skin. And not just clear, bright and bouncy and rapidly approaching skincare commercial quality. I really wish I'd taken some before pictures.Update as of April 2023:Not sure if there’s been a formula change or if they’re just using a new shape, but these somehow taste even better than before.

LOVE these yummy gummy bears!They arrived a week ago & my boyfriend was so excited for a treat & had 2 servings:) I take these with one other Biotin vitamin, so 10 mg Biotin total. I also started drinking the skin detox tea 🍵 4 days ago & my skin has been glowing, this is the first time ever!I just started Biotin a few months ago & the results of my facial skin is absolutely amazing. I definitely notice it more this week, & I did not break out at all.I also apply brown sugar & olive 🫒 oil as a facial scrub a few times a week which helps in this winter weather change for moisture.My hair got very thick & healthy as well within a couple weeks of biotin. I also apply coconut oil to my hair sometimes below the scalp which helps split ends.I want a monthly plan with these gummies. I don't think these have really made a difference in my hair growth, but they taste good and are not bad priced.

I’m one of those big kid “adults”, I like my gummies!! I would much rather take a gummy for my vitamin. I’m very picky because I don’t like chewy vitamins, these are soft and taste soo good. Also, since I weak a mask for my entire work shift my face and skin has been suffering from it and I can see a difference in just a week with taking these. Even my nails have grown like crazy! I have acrylic nails and they already have grown out. I think these are amazing especially for the price.

I’ve been trying different things for my hair for 2 years since I’ve had hair start falling out and NOTHING has worked and nowI just had a baby and my hair instantly started falling out worse. In the month I’ve been taking these I can already tell a difference in my hair. It doesn’t feel as brittle and it’s looking less flat and I can see some new growth in places! Just ordered my second bottle and I plan on using these for quite a while! They smell and taste amazing! If you’re skeptical, DONT BE. They’re worth it!

I just got these today and decided to pop them open. I’ve been taking different types of gummy vitamins on and off for years now and I gotta day this is one of the weirder textures. They aren’t gummy like and they dissolved within two chews.The taste? It’s so weird. Very floral. I wouldn’t describe it as berry whatsoever personally. Obviously since I just got these today I don’t know how well they work but the taste and texture surprised me so much I wanted to write a review. I will try to update if/when I see some progress.

The favor of the gummies are sweet and fruity which i love . I bought the product mostly for my nails , i have never been able to grow them always weak and break easy. I now can say i have strong longer nails. I also noticed my hair is fine , I am happy to say it is more thick . I will be ordering more of this product and recommend this to everyone.
