I absolutely love this product. They get extremely cold in the freezer in a short amount of time. They also stay cold longer than I thought they would which allows me to complete my full treatment. However, I do wish they extended all the way down to the toes as i have had many surgeries and overall pain in that area. Other than that I highly recommend if your looking for a deep cold therapy for your feet.

I bought these because at this point in my life I like to have ice packs for all the places - I have then for after dental work or other dental pain (they work better than any pain reliever). I have them for my back and shoulders (that's just the big flat one, works everywhere). I have smaller ones for me neck (although those are actually the ones I pulled out of the ones for dental pain - they are fantastic!) So point being I love me some spot ice packs.I have had some swelling in my extremeties - and while I work on healing the root cause from the inside, ice packs wrapped around the swollen parts really help that swelling go down too, and give temporary relief. Especially at the end of a long day. So I got these for a kind of spot compression. There are two of them in the package, which was the reason I got these in particular. So I could wear them on both feet at once.They are wonderful for what I needed - they go halfway up the calf and are secured with long, elastic, durable velcro. They cover almost the whole foot (sane toes), plus the ankles (a real problem area for me) and the lower calf. There is one big thick velcro strap on the foot, one on the ankle and one on the calf - so you can adjust the tightness and size on all three areas. Which means the slenderest person and the largest person in my family can all wear these and use them, and everyone in between. I LOVE that option. Also that it's flexible - not like the boot!My one complaint is that these are identical - meaning they aren't mirrored for the opposite feet - they are both exactly the same. I really think they should have mirrored them.Other than that though, they are soft on the inside and thick so that you don't even need a towel between your foot and the ice pack. They have good coverage and they are much easier to get on than the slipper sock ice packs, which do NOT fit all foot sizes, especially when feet are swollen. I do recommend them for anyone dealing with swelling issues. And also for when you jam your toes into something - because I am wearing them right now for just that. And I am so glad I have them, because it's hard to get a regular ice pack to stay on the feet as well.

For someone who does not like the cold this cool wrap felt so good when applied! I broke my foot. The material is soft, and the coolness is not harsh. I also love the color. It says you can turn it inside out to get the coolness front he outside to the inside. That works but so does massage the jell the makes it cooler. I ordered a second one for me and two for a friend.

This product does a great job of giving you ice cold treatment for 20-30 minutes, but after that you need to freeze it again. It does a great job, just doesn’t last long enough to do 2 sessions. The instructions say you may have to move gel around and I had to do that, it wasn’t a problem. Do it when it is warm though.

Great for putting on your feet and still being able to walk around. I have a ladies size 6 foot, and they fit me just fine.Can even fit a man. 3 velcro straps hold securely on the foot. Not so light they do not help at all, but also not so heavy as to prevent you from being comfortable. I have good luck alternating between 20 minutes on and off. Good quality, they do not break apart when frozen.
