La manguera de la conexión interna se dobla la manguera, disminuyendo la salida de agua. Igual Se debe mejorar la conexión del cople p conexión que va a la manguera la mía se soltó.

I purchased this hose reel to replace a previous one I have had for over 10 years and had started to leak a little. I really like this reel for the following reasons: 1) it is relatively compact and easily attaches to an outside wall; 2) the reel makes it easy to extend and then wind the hose back up and accommodates the amount of hose that I need for my purposes: 3) It is easy to take off the wall and store in the basement for the winter. One issue I had with the original reel was that the plastic water feed on reel cracked and started to leak but I was able to patch it. I looked at several options but decided to go with this one since my experience had been mostly positive.

Hose reel is made very sturdy not flimsy like some others we have seen; however, it arrived with a defective part. The water could not get through to the hose. Called the company's customer service and they were very helpful and friendly. Received the replacement part free of charge in a couple days. Hose reel is working great.

Works as intended, is straight forward to mount.My only dislike is the included 3-foot leader hose, which is very soft and kinks where it needs to form a 90 degree bend behind the reel mount.I had to cut a length of my quality rubber hose and buy two female hose connectors to improvise my own leader hose and to terminate the end of the cut hose.
