It's worth buying and combining with Paul Mitchell products
Thank you customer service for helping me with the order. Due to the previous product leaking as I cut and unwrap the bottle. Pressure over time from the plastic is a concern. My next bottle was much better. Hopefully this did not happen to anyone. I have the Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner purchased from JCPenney. They didn't have the hair mist in stock. Amazon was my next place to shop. I love how it makes my hair feel light and not heavy. Just a few sprays after hair is damp. It does help.

Great
Very good value for the money. And it’s moisture to dry hair. Very light scent.

It works
I've tried a million leave in conditioners and this one works well. I like that it is lightweight. I use it on just washed hair and some times on dry hair sparingly. The scent is unique- not bad, kind of amber-ish.

Hair is finally soft
I most after washing and conditioning. My hair is coarse, fine, and I've struggled with alopecia for years. I like this mist because it has a softening effect on my hair. I colored my hair recently which I never do and this is a useful aid in maintaining softness.

been some years, not what I remember in terms of scent. Does fine as moisture spray
Hydrates and revives, which I find to be accurate. Pleasant super light aroma, but not as what I remembered. Though admittedly it has been several years since my last bottle.Just a reminder that this is not a detangler. Nowhere does it say it is a detangler. So rating it based on being a product it isnt fair. It's a moisture spray for skin and hair.I am not sure if this is legit or if the product changed. The scent is what I bought it for. I am not a big fan of scented products, but I have always loved the scent of Awapuhi Moisture Mist. I have been using it on and off for 30 years. I have always enjoyed the scent and the pleasant easy way it refreshes my hair and skin.y mix of waves and curls love a nice conditioning mist, or a light misty rain. I could just use a water misting spray, and for many years I did. Or I bought a conditioning detangler spray, or used "facial sprays" that could be used on hair as well. I even had a product that was very similar in scent to awapuhi, and it is now as I ran out of that that I decided to just go ahead and splurge on a big bottle of Paul Mitchell. I say splurge because it really is only a mist with scent. Mild conditioning. Not really anything else, and they dont hide that fact.Anyway, so I was excited to get this. Once I spritzed it all over, I noticed that it greatly lacked that aroma that I bought it for. Just a hint. Not nothing, but just not as robust as I was expecting.SO, did the scent profile change over the years, or is this a watered down version?Effectiveness is about as I remember. Finding it better for my waist length semi curly semi wavy hair than a spritz to my skin, but I use it for both.Really not sure if it is a repurchase. Maybe with more use I will find my love for it again. If so, I will come back to update.
