These storage units are just okay. I know that the parts are supposed to be removable, but they just do not stay in place. I’m using them to organize my beads, however, the dividers lift up all the time, and beads are going under and into the next compartment. That really defeats the whole purpose of the unit. Great in theory, but not functionality. Would not recommend this for bead storage.

We bought this to put my son’s rock collection in. Most other boxes for this purpose are too shallow and narrow for most typical rocks. This one is perfect! I can adjust them as needed for bigger rocks but we’ve found that we haven’t even needed to do that yet. I also like that they top is clear so they can see their collection without having to open it each time and possibly spill it.The first box we ordered had one latch that would not close. The company was amazing and sent us another one quickly (and I didn’t have to mess with sending the broken one back first). Great customer service!

Since the pandemic I started using press-on nails. This is great for keeping them organized. I like that the compartments are customizable so I can keep nails and all needed supplies in one case.

I looked in to getting a matchbox/hotwheels car case, but they were expensive and didn't hold many cars. Also reviews said that some cars fall down or move or whatever. So I bought two of these cases and the cars fit very nicely and I can let my sons decorate their cases however they want!

Bought this to store spools of sewing thread. I read through the comments and led to believe that regular spools of thread would definitely fit in the spaces. Well, I'm here to say that you cannot fit a regular spool of thread into the spaces - at least not in the way I was hoping to store them. I wanted a way to store thread and easily see the colors. A spool will not fit in the compartments lying down so you can easily see the colors. However, they will stand up in the compartment and the lid has just enough give to be able to still close and latch.One additional thing to note: Some people had asked if the compartments would fit Hot Wheels or Matchbox cars. The Answer is "no." You can remove the compartment walls that go the length of the box but the dividers that go the width are fixed in place and cannot be removed.The sturdiness and thickness of the plastic is impressive. The lid has latches that close tight and the hinges allow the lid to be opened 180 degrees. I rated Durability as a 3 out of 5 stars only because I have not used this box long enough to comment on that. But, based upon the thickness of the plastic used, I expect the box to hold up well.
