This is the umpteenth product tried over several years to cure highly resistant, difficult, thick, toenail fungus issues. Finally, this one actually works. Use it twice a day, let it dry before putting on socks or slippers (takes a few minutes; not a long time). Within about 2 weeks the nails started clearing up!! They are beginning to look like normal toe nails instead of the dragon claws of the past 10-plus years. Delighted with the results. The process was aided by literally sanding the nails down with an electric manicure kit to a more normal thickness before applying this brush-on formula. Even with that approach, no other product, soak, soak+product, whatever-combo had ever worked before. That it has done such a good job in so short a time is miraculous. Worth trying it if you have a stubborn thick nail/fungus nail problem.

I had a really bad fungus in my big toe- from a salon where I used to get my pedicures. This product took awhile- I used it for 90 days straight and it finally took care of it! You have to use it every day- be diligent!

I got this for a big toe that developed a fungal infection after an injury that traumatized it. After two weeks there is a difference and it looks like what the product promises to do. This is great because other cures just didn't seem to be working for me. Should I give it five stars? Maybe. I won't be sure until my infection is cured.

I have been using this product for over a year and haven't seen too much of a difference as when I used plain Tea Tree Oil by itself. Maybe I need to keep using it to see better results. It is better than the regular Kerasal.

Works great! I've been using it for about a month now and my toe nails are much improved. Easy to use too, like putting on nail polish.
