I love this shaker cup. I have a few that are similar, which I got through Beach Body and I find the design of this way better at mixing protein powder and water than shaker cups with the ball whisks. Makes it easy to bring on the go and have a healthy protein drink at the ready as needed.

I love that this bottle doesn't retain smells. I use this exclusively for whey protein shakes and the other bottles I have all get that rotten milk smell if I don't wash it after a few hours and even then it still has a subtle odor. This one has zero smells even after a day without washing it.The other bottle I had leveraged a sub-lid that mixed. This one does as well and I love it and will never go back to the heinous ball again. The sub-lid is far superior and much easier to clean.The size is also a big plus as there is plenty of room to make either a thin or thicker shake depending on how much water/milk used.Lastly is the cap: this snaps on very solid and with tactile feel that ensures it is on solid and won't leak.Overall a great shaker bottle and I can see why it's so highly rated. I would definitely recommend to others if you care about the things I highlighted above.

I would recommend a blender and adding ice.It seems to work better than just shaking the powder in liquid.

Nice bottle, however the powder gets stuck in the round bottle gadget that is inserted within the bottle.

I bought this one to replace the one I left at a vacation home when we packed up to leave. I was so sad when I realized I left it. It's the best one I've had over the past 20 years. Breaks up powders great, no leaking and sturdy.
