Save my life
saved my life in a 4wheeler accident. I had an accident with my 4wheeler, I was wearing the chest and spine protector. The 4wheeler fell on my chest with the directional bar straight to my heart. It only caused scratches to the protector, it prevented the metal bar from going through my chest.

Stitching came undone after about 10 uses.
I've had it for over 18 months, but I've only used it about 10 times in that time period. The stitching connecting the strap clips on the side of the chest came undone, and now it's loose on one side.I have another chest protector (by Thor) that I've had for over 10 years that I've used probably 100 times, and it still works fine, but it cost 3x as much as this one.I never had any significant crashes or falls while waring this chest protector to test its effectiveness in crashes, but based on it deteriorating on its own, I don't think I'll rely on it.

Good value, added safety, & good looks/comfort.
Good for my 13 year old son. Adds some safety should he take a spill on his dirt bike. Is comfortable & fairly light.He also thinks it looks cool. ;)
