Adequate but better to spend a little extra and buy a nicer wooden one.
Pros:Folding design makes this very convenient to store. It's also nice to have different angle options.More affordable than most slant/incline boards available (but there is a trade off for this)Cons:Of the four available heights, I don't feel that any are just right. The second one up from the bottom is a tad too low, the next one higher a tad to steep. This plastic board is not nearly as sturdy as wooden boards I've used in PT. I'm tiny (114lbs) so I'm not worried about breaking it even though I feel a lot of give when stepping on it, but SO who is around 140lbs has been afraid to stand on it after the first time he tried it.The grip is pretty terrible. I was hoping to be able to use this barefoot, but you really need to have sneakers on. Annoying as I bought this for home use and I don't like wearing shoes inside my apartment. For $30 more I could have bought a nicer wooden one, and if I were redoing my purchase that's the route I'd take. For now this is (sort of) sufficient.

Great portable stretcher
It works great for stretching calves and achilles. It bows a little but once you get used to it's fine

Good at this price point!
This incline board/step is a good product and I like the adjustability. It is good for sciatic stretching as well as calves and hamstrings! I use it mainly for decline squats to help with patella strengthening and it does what it is supposed to do! It is actually very stable and I'm not worried about durability. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that you MUST wear well gripping shoes....Bare feet or socks are a no go! You will slide right off! I will apply some traction tape to mitigate this but would pay a couple of more bucks to already have it.

Bought it because my PT has used one for a decade
well built and folds compact. It is also light. One down side is that the surface doesn't have much grip. I masked it off and sprayed it with a can of bed liner spray I bought at home depot ( a trick I learned from my PT), and that helps.

not as stable as a fixed unit, but way more portable.
works pretty good. not perfectly stable. I use it at the incline setting shown in the picture (1 down from the steepest setting) and at that setting, socky feet slide off. so I have to do it barefoot or in actual shoes. not a negative, really, just mentioning it.I take it with me if I'm travelling, which you definitely can't do with a permanently madeup wood one. that's a definite plus. seems to be holding up quite well after about a year or regularish use.

Cando Adjustable Ankle Incline Board
I have had 2 surgery's each on both of my knees for torn miniscus. When I went to physical therapy they told me that I would have to do my knee excersizes at home for the rest of my life. I had my husband make me an incline board out of wood, which was very good. But it didn't adjust. As I got better and better I realised that board was not cutting it anymore. So I bought this one. It is terrific. It is adjustable to different heights, depending on what level of fitness you are at. It folds and locks and can fit under the bed and out of the way. It is extremely sturdy.I am sure that this board will last me a long long time.

very good product
I really liked this product. I am using it for my plantar fasciitis. Although not as solid feeling as a wood slant board I have, it feels very sturdy and durable (I am 170 lbs). I like it better than the wood slant board because it is lightweight and has a convenient handhold so it is easily portable. It folds up to a 3" width, so it stores in narrow spaces. It grips well. Only complaint-it should be sold for less.

This board is light, adjustable and collapses for easy storage. I weigh 195 and it does slightly flex, but it's not a issue. It holds my weight and does what it's designed to do. Sure, a well made wooden board would be better and stronger, but those are more expensive. I added some stair/skate tape to the face to keep from sliding and it works well.
