Putting it together was a little hard but I found a video and followed that. One thing I will say is that it’s easier to put the cylindrical bed on BEFORE attaching the top platform to the bottom level. I also ended up turning it so the bed faces towards my window. The fabric is so soft, it’s a very sturdy construction, and it’s a perfect height for my cat to look out the window at different levels comfortably. It’s also stupidly cute and looks nice in my apartment. 10/10

Firstly, I expected this to take two weeks to get to me. However I ordered it on Tuesday evening and its already here! It shipped via fedex from GA so Im sure the short distance helped.Now the tree itself we did not have any issues with damage and there were no missing parts. The instructions could have been a bit clearer, but it wasn’t terrible. Mostly would have preferred the screws have been better labeled and pre-separated.Safety wise it seems decently sturdy, and not wobbly. My cat is full grown and about 9lbs and I am not concerned about her exploring the whole thing. She took to it immediately and already started playing with the hanging bits. It’s also a great size. It doesn't feel like it dwarfs the room, but it lets her get about eye hight with us. Overall it is a great deal for the money I think (especially since its soooo cute)

Super cute and feels really sturdy which is great because my girl likes to jump directly to the top and has a history with tipping cat trees. Assembly is pretty much what you’d expect. Only complaint is that the carpet material is kinda thin.

Update* the top cloud bed ended up starting to sag even after tightening the bolt. Had to dismantle and buy a new tree. This product if you want to last more than 1 year would be best for smaller kitties.My 2 kitties love this cat tree, I bought it over 6 months ago so my photos show the wear and tear from 2 cats. Ive always hated the beige and grey options and once I found this one I had to buy it!My two kitties love scratching the posts so Im sure I'll have to buy more rope/twine to fix it but that goes for any scratcher. It definitely needs to be on a flat surface cause it can get a little tippy with heavier kitties.My male is 18lbs and he loves sleeping in the top cubby as seen in my photos. My cats didnt like the tunnel (so i removed it) OR the scoop bed so i honestly just rotated it out of the way.

I love it, it was affordable and very cute. I got sent the wrong instructions but the seller sent me the correct instructions immediately and it was very easy to put together once I had them. A lot of the reviews said it was flimsy and wobbly but I feel it is very sturdy and solid as long as you tighten everything. I’m very happy with it so far.

It’s so cute and easy to put together. But from the moment I opened the box there was a HORRIBLE smell. I set it up and figured if I let it air out it would be fine. It’s not. It’s terrible, I don’t understand what the smell is. Smells dirty and putrid. I’ve smelled each piece and it’s on everything. What is it?! Why won’t it go away?!-- As of 9/17/24 there as been no response from the customer service team. I sent them a direct message over a week ago and nothing. crickets. Why do I spend over $100 on an item and It arrives smelling TERRIBLE and no one cares. I still have the item and the room it is sitting in just smells like whatever the cat tree smells like. TERRIBLE.

The cloth covering it is veeeery cheap, very thin. I imagine that it's going to wear out pretty quickly.. I only just put it together in the past 2 days but as I was handling it I could feel how cheap both the material covering it is and that some of the portions of the tree are made with very flimsy thin materials as well..Also the instructions for putting it together are terrible (not impossible, but it makes it frustrating to put together because of the order it has you do things in.)HOWEVER. It is a very cute design and the cats adore it. Some portions are very very small for a normal cat, a kitten will fit parts like the hammock and the little circular tube better, for sure.I think if you like the design and you don't mind this not lasting a long while, go for it! It you're looking for something more stable and made of better material, it's best to look for something else..

my cats absolutely love this tree. it’s definitely the most popular seat in the house. it’s a good size and is sturdy enough to handle my four cats parkouring off it. the toys and the little peekaboo hole make for a very entertaining play time.

Tal vez era un error antes pero ahora es muy claro el manual. Lo recomiendo, aunque aún no lo usan mucho mis gatos y no sé si me dure mucho pero si dura poco actualizaré la reseña.

Would have easily given a full 5 stars but two pieces came cracked. The bottom base and one of the cloud pieces were cracked. The pieces weren’t broken apart so I taped them a bunch (just incase) and proceeded to put it together. I would recommend gluing it if you run into this issue and don’t feel like returning it. Other than that, it’s still very stable, soft, super cute, and was pretty easy to put together! It’s stable enough to handle three full grown cats at once. My cats absolutely love it, my grey boy has happily made claim to the very top bed.Edit: Months later to add, the cats did eventually end up breaking the one cloud platform that arrived cracked. I glued it back together and it seems strong, hopefully it lasts longer now. Plus, the post holding up the top bed has started to bend sideways. I’m sure it’s mostly due to the only support of the bed being that one post and how my cats play on it (they get crazy lol), currently brainstorming a way to make it more stable again.Other than those issues, still a really nice cat tree!

It's a very cute tower. My cat has been all over it in the couple days we've had it. He was climbing all over it before I could even assemble it. It's very wobbly though so I'm not sure how long it'll last. My other issue with it is that the instructions confused me the slightest bit on step one because it doesn't specify which pieces to use for the ladder so I accidentally grabbed the longer purple pieces and couldn't figure out why things weren't fitting for a couple minutes.
