Moon Lence Camping Tent 4 Person Tent Waterproof Outdoor Double Layer with Screen Room and 2 Large Doors, Portable Lightweight for Family,Outdoor, Camping, Hiking

We have Moonlence backpacking chairs that we love so were excited to try our first Moonlence tent. First of all, the setup was straightforward, though the directions were minimal. My husband said to be sure to include in our review that the whole tent can be put up with only 2 stakes, in good weather. It says 4-person but like all 4-person tents that really means 3 people will be comfortable. We live in the Pacific Northwest where it rains often so having a tent that is well designed for rain is important to me and this is where I feel this tent excels. Many tents have a rain flap when you enter, but this one you are fully underneath the flap before you unzip your internal tent. This matters because then your sleeping bags stay dry even in heavy rain. I also like that the outdoor area is opaque for when you go to the lake but leave all your gear at your site, rather than on display in a mesh area. One more feature that I think is well thought out is the ventilation of the side window. Usually in rain if your window is open either water is coming in, or the rain causes the flap to stick to the tent. This tent's window (which is tiny!) has a fold out stand to prop it open. Nice design all around. I haven't got to try it out in rain yet but the design is solid. I took some photos so you can get an idea of how much space is really underneath the flap. The one thing I feel like its missing from other tents we own is we like to have multiple doors to exit from at night but this tent has just 1 door to the "patio area" then 2 doors out either side from there. Not a dealbreaker though, we just need to sleep feet to the door with this design. I bought the orange version and that's my recommendation because indoors it has a nice peachy glow that the orange over white creates.

This tent is a great value for the price! It's fairly light, weighing about 10lbs. While it was easy to set up, the instructions were a bit sparse. The tent itself is supported by two poles that you can quickly fasten the canopy to using clips. The vestibule requires a third pole that is threaded through a loop of fabric in the rainfly and is a bit more tedious. The large vestibule is great - it's probably big enough to stash a bike!

This tent is very easy and relatively quick to set up and is well made. It can easily fit 3-4 adult/kids. There is a large rain fly with covered entryway. There are not any windows beside the one of the front door panel but perhaps this is better for warmth overnight in the cooler months? We will use this casually for kids camping and it looks like it will work pretty well for that. We also have a smaller Moon Lence tent which has been great for warmer months (more windows). This is waterproof tent? For using under the rainy day, as you see in pics, there are small water droplets all around the tent. But it is not a big problem, except this all good. You got what you pay for.

This tent is great! Plenty of room and lots of space for 4 people, plus some! Super easy to set up and packs back up nicely for easy transportation and storage. I definitely cannot wait for more camping trips in this tent.

Ended up returning this bc there are no windows for ventilation when the rain fly is on. Nice tent though, loved the quality, just didn't fit my needs in Texas bipolar weather.

This tent is perfect nice size and packs small nice vestibule too

Tent is awesome 😎 big guy like me only me could fit in it stayed dry in a down pour. Easy to set up
