Q: Where can I buy a replacement power adapter?

I do not know, mine came with the adapter.

An internet search did not yield any results for an "Owners Manual" . The one I got through Amazon came with an installation guide that provided all the necessary information for installing it under a number of different configurations covering most potential uses of the device.

Q: what size ground wire is recommended, has 14-8 awg on the ground lug in the picture. Is the ground wire necessary, it has surge protection built in

It is necessary especially for outdoor antenna operation. i'm using 8 or 10 gauge wire for cable tv/internet use. I'm not sure what is recommended

Q: Does it come with the 110V-220V power adapter?

This comes with a power brick, however you will need to supply your own coaxial cable between the power brick and the amp.
