Great price and they looks and seem like original. Just one of them broke by mishandling, but the other fits like it supposed. Either way, it was a good choice

Two parts arrived - one for each side of Highlander. I only needed one, the drivers side. When I attempted install it wold not stay in place. I took off the old one on the passenger side and must have broken one of the hook clasps in doing so because I could not put it back in place. In examining both new ones that I received, the drivers side had only one hook clasp, the passenger side had two. Once I removed the old from the passenger side and could re-install, I used the new one that had the appropriate two hooks and was able to install and have it stay in place. Both hooks clasped both sides of the rail rack support. The new drivers side I received does not have the two clasps. In the end , I used the new passenger side cover once I apparently damaged the old in removing it to examine it compared to the new ones I received. Bottom line - the new drivers side - which is the one I needed - does not have the necessary two hooks, but the passengers side did and is working fine. Hard to return and ask for refund on just one of the two I received. So one work around is to use adhesive to install the faulty covers, but I can't bring myself to doing so. I'll probably order two more from this retailer and will now fully examine both upon receipt to make sure that there is a hook on both ends of the inside of each of the new covers. If one arrives deficient once again, I hope its not the drivers side one! Beware of the situation and check for two hooks on each cover, otherwise prepare to return for refund or use adhesive to make them stay in place.Update: Received second order and low and behold, both covers had tension hooks. BUT, the driver's side cover did not take. It must be millimeters too big! No matter what I tried, the part would not grasp the rail support. Refusing to consider gluing the part in place, I've sent both back and requested a refund. There's got to be boneyard someplace that has the original part in the proper size for actually adhering to the rail support as the new part is SUPPOSED to do!

Product fits good, but does not clip in at all. With the slightest pull, it falls off. Doubt it would still be there after the first drive. Had to glue them in place

glued it on with silcon sealer or car wash will knock it off

One of the items is missing one tab. I ordered it twice and both orders had the same problem. Must be a bad batch.
