With the drought, we've been letting the yellow mellow for almost ten years. This caused our low-flow toilet to begin flushing slowly and intermittently and the plumber said the only solution was to replace it.Instead, this stuff cleared it. It took me three treatments, but it worked:1. Shut off the water to the tank.2. Flush the toilet.3. Use a plunger to force all the water you can down the pipe.4. Fill the bowl with this fluidNOTE: I used three bottles to be sure that I raised the level in the drain to where the crystallization was presumably occurring.5. leave for 6+ hours.6. Turn on the water and flush.There was an instant, but not complete improvement. So I did this three more times and the toilet is now good as new.

Left it at 100% strength and it took 3 treatments to complete the job. Product worked with some scrubbing

Bought this for a slow flushing toilet after our plumber said we needed a new one because of all the calcium buildup in the trap. He said it was like cement. ( TMI, I know, but we let things mellow at night - toilet is only 10 years old).Thought we would try this first. Worked great! Our toilet flushes like new. Customer service was also great. Answered my question right away on how to use. I ended up pouring the whole bottle (32oz) right into the bowl with the water still in it, let it sit for 2 days and problem solved! I highly recommend. This product saved us around $400.00 for a new toilet and around $300.00 for installation!! Very happy!

The product doesn’t work very good, but repeating the process over a few times…actually until it was all gone, it did clear the blockage. Used twice as much as instructed.
