I bought it because I fly frequently with Ryanair and I want to avoid paying for luggage. This is a great option as under the seat bag. It’s perfect size, comfortable, portable and value for money. The inside does not look cheap. Inside it’s padded for comfort and long lasting. Very versatile, can be used for clothes but has dedicated space for laptop or tablet. Also inside compartment with zip.

A lot of thought has gone into this small carry on bag : Yes it may appear a little pricey but this 'Mini Tardis' is feature rich , very well made, and should last a lifetime. Conforms to Ryanair 2019 specs for 'Carry on'.Features :1. Soft mesh comfort for back - and separate zipper compartment for stowaway of x2 adjustable padded back straps.Enabling use as a mini backpack - additionally a padded shoulder strap with clips, (completely removable if required) , is supplied and you can carry bag with shoulder strap.2. Additional protected separate room for 13" laptop or ipad device.Lockable double zips - (supply your own mini padlock).3. Bottle holder on outside - Not mesh more like a stretch thick neoprene.4. ......... a HUGE 45 cm x 25 x 17 approx main storage area enough for the minimalist traveller for up to a week - Leave out the towel! There are 2 zips that enable opening 90% of the bag for ease of packing and viewing items. These Double zips are with pull tags - again lockable if you supply own mini padlock.5. The inner lid includes a useful integral toiletry / mesh zipped compartment 24 cm x 21 cm x 5-7 cm6. Large separate zipped stowage in rear for passport /flight document in a 'suedette' material.7. Carry handle on top with suedette for comfort - not just a simple carry strap.8. An elastic hold on strap enables fixing this bag to a luggage trolley handle.Overall an exceptionally well made bag offering surprisingly huge 'Carry on' storage space, great protection and made of durable covering with plenty of options for your own carrying choices.So what can you fit?We managed to fit as an experiment :x7 bottles of wine will easily fit in the main compartment alone + a 13" Laptop in separate padded compartment and room for x2 T shirts/ Underwear & socks + Shorts and light Sandals, toiletries, Mobile & charger and a water bottle in the external bottle holder. About 11 kgs !

This bag is excellent, robust and roomy and we’ve used it on multiple Ryanair flights without issue BUT buyers need to be aware the dimensions are misleading. The width of the bag is measured across the main fabric and doesn’t take into account the zips, which add another 2-3 cm. Technically it exceeds Ryanair’s carry on baggage size. I would advise against over packing for that reason.

We wanted a good quality backpack that is small enough to work as a small carry-on bag, and this works perfectly!We have used it to go on a short trip already and the bag fit a surprising amount of clothes. It has pockets for your laptop, a space for charging your phone on the go, a side-pocket for bottles (might not be able to use this with bigger bottles if you've really filled up the inside of your bag, but I have 1200ml bottle that fit perfectly when not densely packed), and a secure front pocket!I was worried that the material on the bag would look a little cheap, but I was blown away by how high quality it is! It looks lovely in addition to working well.It's also true to size, so no worries about it not fitting when we do travel on a plane.The only thing I would be worried about is the two straps for wearing this as a backpack. I would be weary of the stitching that connects the straps to the bag, as it might wear out over time (not anytime soon but if you had the bag long-term) and break. However, that is nitpicking and that's just from eyeballing it so cant really comment on this! There is an across the shoulder strap included that can be used if this does happen though, and the straps are very comfortable.Overall would highly recommend!
