Healthy
The sprouted whole wheat grains are as healthy as flour can get, my father loves the bread I make with it, I put just a little extra water and just a little more yeast, it comes out fantastic, also I ad a little cinnamon and raisins and make a great raisin bread, larger sandwich loaf and smaller raisin bread loaf, breaded some cod with it tonight, I love this product

Great for overnight oats
These oats are cooked during the sprouting process and look just like ordinary rolled oats. When I make them into overnight oats I am eating cooked oat that have more vitamins and minerals as a result of the sprouting process. The taste is slightly sweeter and less starchy. I also have no digestive issues with the sprouted oats. Love these.

High quality, great taste
I had to really learn how to use this wheat, but now I'm sold. It's fantastic. Makes a wonderful and flavorful bread.

Good but expensive
The flour was fresh and aromatic. The bread came out very good. If it were cheaper, it would have become my go-to whole wheat flour.
