I broke my heel bone and have had quite a bit of pain. It's had to find a comfortable position with it up (as you usually put weight on the back of your help when seated with your foot up). This came up as I was looking for padding for my crutches and I bought it on a whim hoping it would help. IT'S AMAZING. I am so happy with this purchase and it has made it so much more comfortable for me to elevate my foot with less pain.

This has been so helpful while I am recovering from a broken foot. It works well with holding an ice pack in place, and provides cushion during sleep so it's not rubbing against sheets and blankets causing discomfort. Could be a bit more stiff to keep foot more supported. I can see using this with both left and right, just needing to adjust the straps.

Too big and bulky. impossible to sleep in them

My Mother is bed-ridden. These are very soft and protect her feet from getting bed sores.
