Works good! Happy with lightening and grey blending!
I’ve used this about 6x on my light brown hair. I’m taking my time with it and not using every day. I’m also timing the use with a hair wash day so it doesn’t sit on my hair super long. My hair is a med\dark blonde now. I also put some sun in on a cotton ball and picked out some strands to saturate to make highlights. Worked well! I’ve been growing in my greys and this has really helped blend them, I’m super happy with that. I was seeing a little yellow so used Keratin brand blue/purple hair toner on just washed wet hair for 15 minutes. I love the ash blonde and will continue the sun in and the toner. Like many of you I used sun in when I was much younger but today’s version has aloe, chamomile, flaxseed oil etc. It makes me feel better about getting the results I want with possibly less damage. Good luck!

Smells like childhood and bright roots
This stuff has been the same since the 70s and it’s still bomb as ever. I’m naturally blonde with dark roots so whenever I feel like the roots need a touch up I will apply + blow dry on wash days (spaced out over multiple weeks) and it works really well. Saves you a trip to the salon and great for blondie upkeep.

Definitely recommend
Lightened my roots so fast the first time I put it on. Definitely recommend for people who want natural beach highlights but don’t like hair dye.

Wow
Been using sun in on my dark brown chestnut hair with a blow dryer aiming for a dark or medium blonde. The result.... light Chestnut brown that is a little on the brassy auburn. To be honest, the shade suits me with my eye color and undertones. I do have sprinkling of white in my hair (natural aging). The dingywhite really got boosted to a cloud white.I had complements, they like the results (everyone at work knows my color is dark chestnut brown). Now it is a little tricky to lighten the roots only to keep the color seamless.
