This supplement seems to help with insulin control. However, I take it with my probiotics. The chichory root feeds the probitics after digestion. Therefore the orobiotics work better.

They are top notch! Made me feel better in a few weeks.

Able to swallow them easily, very little taste, seems to work great. Lots of capsules per bottle. Helps increase energy and overall feeling better.

Took one and had the worst stomach pains for three days. A lot of fatigue, felt dehydrated, constipated, and the worst head of my life. Awful stuff. And they won’t refund my money !

I ordered this product after watching a video about correcting IBS symptoms naturally and thought I would give it a try. In conjunction with a vitamin B complex (1-12) and a good probiotic, and ginger capsules. After only three days I have seen significant improvement! Little to no pain with the morning movement and hardly any heartburn either which I had been on Prilosec for. Now instead of running to the toilet every 15 minutes for first 2 hours I am up, I go once or twice and DONE!! I take two capsules with each meal daily and will be putting it on auto fill. The recipe is one B complex in the morning, two probiotics(morning and evening) 6 chicory caps (2 with each meal) and one ginger cap with each meal, It works for me so far even with my diverticilosis and extensive scarring of the bowel from infections. Fingers crossed it is my cure.
