I have been doing homework on the different spices and I look to see which is healthier, which product is best, where to order it from etc. I have read cassia information and yes it is a strong taste and smell which i like very much...but it is not healthy for you. Celyon from Sri Lanka has shown to have the best in nutrients and quality. It does NOT have a strong smell and taste but it is better for you. This is my recommendation...do the research...my family was worth the research!

I like that it is a healthy cinnamon and tastes good. Kind of strong so don’t use too much.
