Organic Chia seeds, nice size pack that lasts for ages, value for money. Chia provides a similar amount of omega-3 fatty acids as ground flaxseed. Excellent source of fibre and antioxidants.

I strongly recommend this product. It's my 2nd order and always good and healthy.

The media could not be loaded. The jar is filled all the way to the top and the chia seeds seem good quality.If you want it to be easier on digestion you can soak them, but it isn't a definite must since they are fast absorbing. They add some valuable nutrition without changing the taste of your meals.I would have to agree with other reviews that the price is a bit high compared to some other brands but you can't always trust when a brand marks a product organic, at least this product has the USDA organic label and doesn't just say ''organic'' with some green leaves and not much more information.

Good organic chia seed

Bought these by mistake for milled chia seeds but there doesn’t really seem much difference - they still absorb liquid the same. Use on muesli.
