Good for protein smoothies
This blender works well for protein smoothies (powder and milk) which is fine since that's mostly what I bought it for. It does not work well with frozen ingredients. It has an automatic stop mechanism if the food is too solid (or so I think) so it wouldn't let me blend frozen ingredients in water. The max fill line is definitely to be followed. I slightly overfilled once and the ingredients were somehow pushed under the lip of the connection between the clear bottle and the white outside trim that I can't clean between, but that is my error.

Not worth it
1. Stopped working even though I followed instructions on how to properly clean it.2. This is something you clean in a special manner therefore special attention is required which is a hassle3. Cant stress enough how difficult it is to clean the funnel. If you dont have a specialized long skinny brush type product have fun with the accumulated germ party happening as you flush them down to your throat4. Lid sensor feature is a failure. It still lets your turn on the blades even though cap is off.5. Man the frequency on you having to charge this device before you can use it again... just a get a blender with wires at this point.6. Yes the minimalistic and smooth design is appealing but it is lacking functionality and efficiency. This could only fit if not alittle more than half a bottle of a 500ml water bottle. What is the point of the sleeve coming off and on ??? if theres a purpose is the purpose role even significant enough ?? that in cut infront of the other things these product is lacking ???

It’s a hit or miss
I ordered two of these blenders. One did not work, it would not charge at all. Called the company and emailed the company. They do not respond to phone calls. They responded to the email but much later. By the time they responded I had already sent the blender back. I am now on high alert waiting to see if the other blender will stop charging. So far it is working fine and my wife has had no complaints.

Adequate blending power, better customer service
Okay, so the first one of these didn't turn on after a full charge, and we requested a replacement. The customer service rep for GREECHO reached out and offered some suggestions to solve the issue but still sent out a replacement, and I thought that was great. Good customer service is always a good sign of a promising brand, even if they sent us the wrong color. Fortunately, we aren't sticklers for color and the blue does look nice. Not a problem for us, but you may feel differently. The blender works well for smoothies. We found that cubes of ice will stop the blender and trigger it's overload protection, so we crush the ice beforehand now. Same goes for frozen fruit. Thaw a little bit or use small chunks and you'll be fine. For a small blender it makes some noise, naturally, but it makes a good smoothie with expected consistency.Cleans easily and the battery holds about 3-4 uses before having to be recharged. The size is adequate, but 12 ounces really is on the smaller end. But! this makes us want to buy a larger size of this Greecho blender if they make one. It's a really novel design is really convenient. Recommended.

Not the best at protein smoothies using frozen fruit or hard blending, but a great option
It’s been a great option for me post bariatric surgery. I’m still in the puréed foods phase, but even pre-surgery I tended to use one protein smoothie a day, so I’ll probably continue to use it after I’m able to resume full foods. It’s not the most powerful where blending frozen fruit is concerned (and borderline inadequate for blends of harder foods, like chickpeas to produce hummus), so it needs a lot of babysitting, but its small size does a wonderful job of enforcing portion control. And the USB C charging point is pretty useful.Cleaning can be difficult, I recommend using a bottle brush. Be careful with the charging point cover, it’s a little too easy to detach and darn near impossible to put back in. The documentation suggests that temperature shocks can be an issue for it, but, so far, I haven’t had issues with protein smoothies or with puréed meat+gravy that are still a bit on the warm side.
