It works good. Noisy when pumping water and the power light tends to stay on red even after a full charge. I keep mine plugged in all the time and the power light still stays on red most of the time. It works though so I kept it.

I bought two of these for my new home. I only used one because I didn’t want to open the other one until after I moved in. The one I opened only worked on 2 5-gallon bottles before it lost its charge so I figured it’s probably been a while since it was charged by the factory or the factory only partially charged it. So, ok, no problem, I’ll plug it in and charge it. When it was fully charged I used it again. Once again it died after only going through 2 5-gallon bottles. This was annoying. So I once again tried recharging it. Nope! It wouldn’t charge. It is completely dead. Needs a whole new battery. I opened the second one that I bought and that one was dead straight out of the box! This is irritating and especially more so because it is beyond the return/exchange period. People, don’t order this pump. The batteries are dead! Or will die immediately after the return/exchange period is over. If you need a dispenser try a different model!! These are garbage!!

I take meds every morning and our water needs to be softened with salt which leaves it with a very high mineral taste if left overnight. I bought a 5 gallon reusable jug, refill it at the grocery store, and this product fits perfectly on top. I have fresh water every morning now. It is a little noisy when the battery starts to loose charge but still pours really consistently. It came charged out of the package and got me through one bottle easily. When fully charged it is much quieter.

Received the product which I believe was defective because the spout would not stay on and kept falling off and leaking so I returned it.

It failed after 7 days, It's not charging anymore, tried different cables but nothing help.
