I love this Collagen/Vitamin C mix and previously had it in the berry flavor. When I tell you the way I feel during and after my workouts is night and day if I forget to drink this prior to working out, I'm serious! This product is incredible, with only 50 calories, 50 mg of Vitamin C and 14 grams of protein, you really cannot go wrong with this drink mix. I was recommended this by a dietician for my ACL/meniscus repair and recovery. I didn't love the berry flavor, so when I found that there was unflavored I had to switch. Sadly, it's very difficult for me to drink without getting really grossed out in my head. For context, I drink earthy grassy drinks, have no issues with drinking natural powders or taking supplements that taste the way they look, and I never have any issues. But with this unflavored collagen drink, I can't handle the chunks of gunk that form. You have to really really shake it up (blender bottle recommended) or you will get really big creepy chunks and a weird tasting drink. It's unflavored but it has a taste and it's just not for the weak hearted. Please understand that this product is a game changer on so many levels and incredibly clean and healthy - I just needed to warn folks like me about the taste!

I usually buy Great Lakes collagen and i should have stuck with what I know. But this was talked about on a running podcast so I tried it. Something in it bloated me terribly. So I'm going back to Great Lakes.
