writing titles is the hardest part of a review
I am 6'0" and an athletic 210 pounds, meaning I have a developed upper body, but also a little more around the waist than I would like. I wear an XL for shirts and L for shorts. I ordered an XL, and it was so tight, breathing was an effort. I returned it ($10 out of my own pocket), and ordered an XXL, which fits okay.I got it for swimming outdoors in the winter, and there is no issue concerning the movement of the arms, which was a problem with the XL, as it was just too restrictive.I took off a star for the sizing being off and having to pay return shipping. But it's so cheap ($59) compared to other wetsuits that it makes it worth the gamble. As a side note, if you are debating getting a short sleeve / short pants "shorty" or getting a long sleeve/pants wetsuit, get the long sleeve. I can swim in a regular swimsuit when the water is 80 degrees, but when it is 75, I want the long version wetsuit, as when the water is cool, I don't want it touching any part of my body, including my calves and forearms, and I don't get hot in it. So I really have no use for the shorty wetsuit.

Only issue we had was with the "shorter than normal" zipper
I bought two of these for my son and I to dive in some springs in Florida earlier this week. I knew the water would be about 70 degrees, so I wanted a 3 mm suit to keep us warm. These suits did the trick. Our only complaint was the zipper doesn't come as far down the back as most wet suits, making it harder to get on and off. Most of the time, the zipper stops at my lower back, but on this design it is several inches shorter. Other than that, I was completely happy with the suit.

Great for the price!
This is my first wetsuit, so when I'm ready to splurge on something more expensive maybe I'll know what I'm missing. At any rate, this thing works perfectly for stand up paddleboarding in 15mph winds and swimming in 60 degree water in San Diego over the winter. I'm 6'3" and 200lb, the XXL fits tightly but not ridiculously so, a little tight in the taint (that's a clinical term) and neck because I'm tall but it's tolerable. You absolutely need a rash guard, unless you like sore armpits for a few days after paddling for a couple hours. I rinse and hang my suit after every use, no problems so far, all the seems look great, no problems at all. I imagine more expensive suits are more flexible, but for half the price of the lowest and body glove, I'll take it.

Good value
I can not remember the size I bought. But have had for about a year now and have not had any issues. Use for kayaking early spring in cold water. Has kept me warm and sun protected. Kind of tough to get on and off. Use restroom before you put it on. I would recommend.

Not for swimming/triathlons.
DO NOT USE FOR TRIATHLON. I was on a budget and figured I would give it a shot. It’s an awesome wetsuit for diving or snorkeling but not swimming. The shoulders are to tight, so every stroke you are pulling on the material which burns your arms out quick. I’m going to use it for snorkeling when I’m at the beach, but not for swimming
