A little stronger than normal mtn ops.
My husband loves mountain ops, and for our recent order he decided to try this one. He says it tastes great, just wish he would have known it was stronger than the other one. Don’t drink too many a day! lol.

300 Milligrams of Caffeine Provides the Stimulation
This is an expensive pre-workout powder stimulant. 300 Milligrams of Caffeine Provides the Stimulation which is a lot of caffeine, equivalent to 3 strong cups of dark roast coffee. It does provide vitamin C (67% DV) and a couple of B vitamins such as niacin, B-6, and B-12 in amounts over the recommended daily allowance/value. Chromium is also in this powder drink mix as well as Folate. Negligible amounts of magnesium (5% DV) are in this stimulant powder. So why did I purchase this expense pre-workout supplement? Well, it provides a healthy amount of Beta Alanine at 3.2 grams per serving along with 2 grams of creatine. At 30 servings per container, that comes to almost 100 grams of Beta Alanine and 60 grams of creatine.Considering the costs of purchasing Beta Alanine and creatine on their own plus the convenience of having them already premixed in a powder led me to purchase this pre-workout supplement. What I have done is cut the serving in half because 150 milligrams of caffeine is sufficient for most people for a good pre-workout boost.I usually purchase Beta Alanine, creatine and other clinically studied supplements individually in powder form. That is a good way to get more bang for your buck when you buy supplements. You pay more for the convenience of having them all premixed together in a powder, liquid etc.As with any supplement, you need to try it out yourself and see if it has any benefits for you to justify the investment. The main benefit for me is the convenience of having various supplements premixed together in one container.Another note, the pink lemonade flavor is good if you like pink lemonade. This drink mix also has only 15 calories per serving although most supplements are more readily absorbed by the body if you have about 4 calories (1 gram) per fluid ounce of simple carbohydrates (sucrose, fructose, lactose, maltodextrin etc.).This drink mix recommends mixing it with 10 to 16 fluid ounce of water, so for best absorption by the body you should add anywhere from 40 to 60 calories of simple carbohydrates to this drink mix per serving.

The product appears to have been compromised due to exposure to moisture, resulting in a hardened and clumped texture.

Excellent PreWorkout Mix (Depending on your needs)
I first started using pre-workout mixes about 3 years ago and they have made an enormous difference in my workouts (both cardio and weightlifting). I rarely go to the gym anymore without one.Over these last three years, I've tried more than 20 different pre-workout mixes and there are only a couple that I keep going back to. This is one that I will almost certainly buy again in the future. Although I love it, it's not necessarily one that I take everyday or that I wholeheartedly recommend for everyone. There are some basic building blocks that everyone should have in a pre-workout mix, but certain ingredients may depend on activity or how "intense" you approach your workouts and supplements. For me, I think that nearly every mix should have certain key nutrients as well as arginine, beta-alanine, citruline, glutamine, tyrosine, alpha GPC, and creatine (this includes all). Other key ingredients are caffeine (this has 300mg), taurine, and BCAAs. Some of these are less common and I've only found a couple that I like that include BCAAs. This includes creatine in a good amount, which is nice because I typically will want the creatine any day that I'm taking a pre-workout mix. The 300mg of caffeine is on the high end of my personal preference (I prefer around 200mg), but is helpful for when I'm looking for a more significant workout and I can dial it back to less than a full scoop on most other days (or switch to a different mix with less caffeine).Overall, I'm extremely happy with this product. I'm normally reluctant to give 5 stars, but this pre-workout is better than most. It is a little more expensive than average as high-quality pre-workouts often are priced a little below $1.50/dose and this is price a little above that amount.

Alright pre-workout
I’ve been trying around different pre workouts to see how they stack up. This one isn’t bad but I did get “ clumps” in my powder when just opening it. I did get to the point that I had to take 1 and half scoops to feel anything.
