You get a good amount for the price. Then again, Zinc is one of the more inexpensive vitamins. They are easier to swallow rather than trying to chew them though because of the 'taste'. They don't have a taste and that's what makes them hard to chew. It tastes like sandpaper.

I've been using it for a while, seems to work well for immune support. As some others mentioned, the pills have a rough texture, such that they stick and can be therefore hard to swallow.Also, in case anyone else is suspicious about the recent change in packaging (no plastic collar, and no logo on the lid) - I inquired with the manufacturer and got this response:Thank you for contacting Nature’s Bounty.Select Natures Bounty products, will have undecorated (meaning no gold print) flip top closures or threaded (non flip) green non decorated closures.At the same time, in an effort to reduce plastic waste and align with the Nestle Sustainable Packaging Program we are eliminating the plastic neckband. Roughly 25% of supplement users indicate that an environmentally responsible brand and packing is very important on their decision to purchase dietary supplements. This change does not impact product quality and safety. The inner foil induction seal liner is the primary tamper-evident feature. Clear/removable neckband is a secondary layer of tamper-evidence and not required by US regulations.Well, I prefer the previous packaging, but it looks like it's still a valid product.

I don’t take multivitamins so this is a preferable mineral. Dependably delivery. I trust this product. Came sealed and I never have had any problems with this product.

Good price. Nails and hair are looking great since I started taking zinc.

I had no idea zinc causes nausea! I’ve had to cut the pills into 1/4s, to find a dose I can tolerate.1/4 still gives a little nausea, but tolerable. The plus side is I extended the life of this bottle by 4 😂😂😂
