This product is wonderful! We have well water so needed something easy for the kids to use to get proper filtered water. Easy to use and easy to install works great and is such a money saver because now I'm not buying bottles and bottles of water for the kids. Love this product and would recommend to others.

This is awesome, simply charge, attach suction tube and it is ready. It does not "attach" to a 5 gallon water bottle, but sets on top, but have had no trouble with that. I have probably used six 5 gallon water bottles so far and have not had an issue or had to charge it either. And it is very sleek looking.

I liked it just fine. But it no longer holds a charge. Have to buy a new one because it is no longer under warranty. I tried 3 different charging cords. Only holds a charge for half a cup. that's it!

I have another of these of a different brand. I thought that it was supposed to screw on tight to 5 gallon jug, but don't expect it to. These are made to just sit on top. Once you know that, it's not a problem. It charges up and works just fine. I like that it can dispense a specific amount of water and then stop. I also like that the tube is long enough to completely empty a 5 gallon jug. The tube is easy to clean, too, which is important in our humid climate.This is a basic, simple tool to make using a large and heavy container of water easy and practical. Every tried to pour water out of a 5 gallon jug with any kind of accuracy? Repeatedly? Yeah. Not fun. I don't expect it to last a lifetime, but it's not priced to do that either. There are devices that will last a good long time, but you'll pay for that privilege. If you expect to use a water dispensing device designed for jugs every day for every reason, maybe that price is worth it to you.I keep 3 and 5 gallon water jugs filled for emergencies. We live in hurricane country, so those supplies can be critical. We have had 11 direct hurricane hits since we moved here about 25 years ago, so I know what I'm talking about. I can charge it using a portable solar panel I have, so needing electricity isn't a problem. I don't rely on this for everyday water use. I have another unit, as I mentioned, so I have a backup if this one should fail, and I'll probably get another, just in case. As the saying goes: One is none, two is one, and three is enough. It serves my purposes perfectly. I have absolutely no complaints and can recommend this product.

This electric water dispenser is GREAT. It just so happens that I had a surplus of the 5 gal bottles at home (and we did have a water dispenser, but then we got a filtration system, so that's a story for a different day)...anyway, with all these spare bottles, this was a great way to get them into use.Note - this is NOT the same as a regular dispenser. Meaning, it's portable and quick, and meant for basic function only. It is not going to give you hot or cold water. You're going to get room temperature water, but this device is not meant to do more than that so this is not a con in ANY way.I have had to charge it only two or three times in the three months I've had it. For times when there are power outtages or if you're traveling via car/RV, this is incredibly useful to have on hand.
