I flat out love this product ! I am teaching my two teenagers how to Set ,Cut , + Grade colored stones . The first lesson wasto weigh the stones with a $7000.00 scale and a $300.00 scale surprisingly both were with-end 1/2 caret . They found outour package was short 22.40 ct from the 1000 ct promised in the delivery . A quick refund of the missing stone count was returnedto me by the seller along with a apology very professional seller.. In the two packages delivered you will find numerous types of inclusions Bubbles.Rain,Swirls,Feather,Veil,andlots of bad cuts and chips . Not all the stones are reject and many can be re-polished or hide in settings if you have the time and equipment. The kids have mounted five of the best stones in 14 ct yellow gold settings and if one of the rings sell then the 138.00 asking price is covered and the rest is sheer profit for them . These stones are well worth the price and for you non-Jewelersthat don't know what a 1000 ct looks like see photos. Ever peed in one of those cups at the doctors office , well 1000 ct will fillthat cup to the top. I plan on ordering more of these from this seller and am very happy with there product . I am very glad we are using 13 cent per caret stones in steed of $100.00 dollars per caret stones as a learning tool in the shop.

I was very disappointed!! Ive done business with this store in the past.I ordered 1000+ cts of gem stones. In my past orders I received quartz gems emeralds, rubies, saphires, tanzanite. All I got was an abundance of citrine. Low grade amethyst. Very included fire opals. Emeralds that I'm checking to see if there jade! Few smokey quartz chipped. Small garnets and slightly bigger are chipped and badly incuded as are the small ones.FROM 1000.275 CTS 60CTS WERE UNUSABLE DUE TO VERY VERY POOR QUALITY!!!! I feel 60+ ct unusable gems is unacceptable...unless this is corrected I won't be ordering again!!!

Great value for the price. Lots of fun. All are run of the mill, nothing precious.

Good price, many gems - but mostly very, very small gems. It will be difficult for grandchildren to play with without losing. Many are specks of gems

Very beautiful stones. Really enjoyed the opening and sorting. Some flaws as stated but the experience of finding the really good ones bring me back to the days of opening Pokémon, yugioh, and magic the gathering cards. Definitely a good start to what will be years of gem collecting.

For the price one can't really complain, however it should be stressed, that these are not valuable gemstones. The stones delivered to me were of low grade, low clarity, and very badly cut. Out of the whole parcel, there were maybe 8-12 I could consider as being good jewelers gems. The rest were not great at all. Also, the total parcel weight of my purchase was only 920ct, and not 1000+ct, so this left me with a bit of a bad taste. As others have mentioned, these make great freebies, or nice "finds" if you mix them in with tumbled stones in a gem pit type of environment. I do not suggest them as useful for making jewelry with. Be realistic about what you get for the price. I wasn't over the moon but I'm also not asking for my money back either. I will use the 8-12 good stones and maybe break even with that.

This is a great buy for the starting collector or starting jewelry maker, just to get your hands wet. All the gems are scratched and very few are cracked or chipped. I only got 8 different types.

After ordering the 100 carat package, I wanted more so I got the 1000. All in all I would say 95 percent of the gems are chip free. At least 50% have pretty good cuts and 25% are excellent, I will be setting those.
