Easy to set up (only two little screws), plug & play, shelves can be angled freely (i.e. they don’t have to be 90° angles), they don’t have hooks like the ad’s photos, oxidisation had scratches but doesn’t affect performance, dries clothes really well, takes up little floor space, I’m super happy! Only downside was it took forever to arrive & the box let one of the legs down. Other than that, highly recommend.

I really bought this to dry our large bath towels in the off shoulder months when the radiator is off. It’s been brilliant, and we haven’t had to physically turn it on. Even in October, I dried 5 towels overnight on it without plugging it in! Great but if kit for the winter months

Settled on this as my preferred choice having review and ordered others. Easy to assemble, lightweight but robust. Foldable feet and tiers, for space saving storage, single and double sided use. Easy to use with integral heating elements and lots of rack space with adequate spacing of the three tiers. The only thing missing is a timer, but I would definitely recommend.

ordered this from 'Pro Aura' seller..item worked well until 5 months later the hinge snapped!..contacted the seller numerous times with no response,I even contacted them direct on their website as well as FB,still nothing!!i did an online chat with amazon and they sent the seller a message asking for them to send a returns label,seller closed the returns request saying returns period had expired..this has a 1 year warranty..all I wanted was for the seller to sort out a replacement hinge but they just ignore all correspondence,shocking customer service!!

This is a great product that does exactly what it says on the tin!

The heat is not as strong as I thought it would be. Takes time for clothes to dry. The structure is not that strong either and broke within a few weeks of me using it. Very cheap plastic used to make this. Definitely not worth the money spent on this.
